All items ship via USPS to United States residences only. All custom orders take 12-15 business days (about 3 weeks) to process. When your order is finished processing, the order will be shipped within 3-5 business days. You will receive an order confirmation email within seconds after purchasing.

Please make sure your address is correct before confirming your order. We are not responsible for lost or misplaced items.  

Refund/Exchange

All sales are final. BB.Jewelsss is not responsible for any broken, misplaced, or tarnished pieces. Please be fully cautious and aware when wearing your customs (bracelets & anklets specifically).  There will be no refunds or exchanges due to all pieces being specified for each customer.
